چکیده

This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of use guitar input and output acquisition in production influence interests stakeholders industry. used a mixed-method approach. The research object is business units that conduct process, which many only perform process with subcontracts from collectors large producers. Efficiency stakeholder analysis were determine mapping cluster. results show was low. In general, had not been efficient using producing output. inputs led insufficient number labors labor costs, while outputs caused inefficient are turnover profit unit. cluster organization needed be improved by involving various key development clusters maintaining sustainability business.
